Hailing from Georgia, Andrew Norman has had hospitality coursing through his veins since his college days. Bringing with him over 16 years of experience, Norman now serves as manager for newly opened Westside and Provencal-inspired restaurant, AIX.
Before joining the AIX family in December 2018, Norman spent time perfecting his craft in all angles of the hospitality industry. From 2003 to 2010, Norman worked as a sales and fine wine portfolio manager for Atlanta Wholesale Wine, followed by ownership stints for both Milazzo’s restaurant and Sourcify, a food distributorship Norman ran from 2013 to 2017. Making moves back into the front of house, Norman then went on to work for Saltyard and Watershed until joining the AIX team in 2018.
