Katie (Katherine) Konop began her career on film sets, first as an actress working on projects with MTV, Spike TV, and The CW’s Gossip Girl. She later transitioned behind the camera as a Production Assistant and Producer’s Assistant on projects including The Night Before, The Goldfinch, The Only Living Boy in New York, How to Be Single, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and The Looming Tower.
Throughout her career, Katie has specialized in high-level operations, supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and celebrity talent across various industries. She worked at a boutique talent agency supporting the CEO and clients such as the late Chadwick Boseman and later supported C-suite executives in health and wellness PR and marketing—helping manage day-to-day operations and assisting her supports with global events including, The Tsongkhapa Commemoration, celebrating the 600th year anniversary of the ascension to Parinirvana of the Great Lama Tsongkhapa.
Katie’s path also led her into finance, where she served as an Executive Assistant in both private equity and fintech—first with Bernstein Equity Partners, and later at FT Partners, where she led logistics and execution for the firm’s expansion into Middle Eastern markets.
A longtime advocate for food security, Katie began volunteering with No Kid Hungry in 2019 and immediately connected with the mission and vision of Share Our Strength. Her dedication to the cause inspired her to pursue a Master’s of Science in Nutrition.
