Chef Preston Paine is a Dallas-born chef, restaurateur, and hospitality leader with experience spanning acclaimed restaurants, global culinary travel, and national television. He studied Business Management at Tulane University, and over the course of his career has helped open notable concepts including Esker Grove and Marisol, trained internationally across Europe, and worked at Eleven Madison Park in New York City.
Most recently, Preston served as Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef, at The Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth. He has also appeared on Food Network shows including Ciao House, Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, and Cutthroat Kitchen.
His accolades include Chef of the Year (2024) and recognition among DFW’s Most Influential People.
