Jason Paul is the chef and owner of Heirloom at The 1907, which is slated to open in downtown Rogers, Arkansas in the early summer of 2018. He previously owned the restaurant Heirloom in Downtown Rogers for 2 years before deciding to relocate to a new location in 2017. He has been a chef and worked in culinary education for most all of his adult life, having started cooking and working in restaurants at the young age of 14. He trained in Phoenix, Arizona in the traditional French style by chef and mentor Alex Stratta. Since Jason has cooked and lived on both coasts and many places in between, before settling in Northwest Arkansas. Most recently, he has been a chef/instructor at the newly opened culinary school in Bentonville called BRIGHTWATER: A Center for the Study of Food.
