Anthony Valinoti is a former Wall Street hot shot, turned restaurateur. He is the proprietor of Deluca’s Pizza Napoletana in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In three years, and with no experience, the restaurant has grown from relative obscurity to being named the best pizza in Arkansas and best restaurant in Hot Springs by the Arkansas Times in 2017.
