Eric See is a James Beard Nominated chef and StarChefs Rising Star award winner and owner of Brooklyn hot spot, Ursula, a love letter to his grandmother and home state of New Mexico . Since opening in the beginning of the pandemic, Eric and his team have been serving thousands of New Mexican-style breakfast burritos to lines of people snaked around the block every week . In April, he and his team expanded to a new location in Bedstuy where they now have indoor seating, a bar, dinner service and programming to uplift and support LGBQT+ community.
