Jason Raducha

Chicago native, Jason Raducha is Founder of Noble Bread and Noble Eatery located in Phoenix, Arizona. Raducha’s love for baking began at a young age alongside his Nana watching old PBS food shows and his family in the kitchen with a bright pink Easy-Bake Oven.  As Raducha says, “I am still in amazement of what you can bake with a 120 watt light bulb.” At the impressionable age of 10, he moved west to Arizona with his parents and shortly after was gifted a West Bend bread machine.

Later in life, Raducha pursued a career in IT getting stuck in the dogma of going to school and  getting stuck in a cubicle. After a short stint of consulting work, his passion prevailed for bread making.  Launching an uber successful Kickstarter campaign, Noble Bread was established in 2012. Since then, Raducha has expanded Noble from only selling bread to restaurants, hotels, resorts, farmer’s markets, and locals alike to a full blown lunch spot, Noble Eatery. Here, guests can experience hyper seasonal soup, sandwiches, wood fired pizza, and salads, along with being able to purchase Noble Bread five days a week.

Raducha is baking in the restaurant almost every day of the week and says most people get up in the morning, and say, “this is what I have to do today”, instead Raducha exclaims, “I feel lucky that each and every day, I get to wake up in the morning, and say, this is what I get to do today!.”  He and his team use all organic ingredients in their bread, which allows for it to be naturally fermented and easily digestible. The light bulb from his childhood Easy-Bake Oven ignited an interest that has yet to dim his lifelong passion of bread, baking, and all things food.
