At the age of 13, Shane was already making a mess in his kitchen in Farmington, New Mexico. His first job was as a pizza tosser in a pizzeria and he graduated culinary school in 2000 from the Art Institute in Phoenix. Shane worked at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and JW Marriot, specializing in baking and elevated to Executive Pastry Chef while at the Biltmore. He then moved to Culinary Dropout and worked at locations in Tempe and Phoenix. Shane was ultimately promoted to Executive Chef for the Tempe location where he continues to explore his passion for the culinary arts.
