Ted Gidley

Ted Gidley has been the executive chef at the Clarke Cooke House for over 20 years.  During this time he has staged in the  kitchens of some of the world’s finest chefs, such as Roger Verge, Daniel Boulud, Eric Ripert and Greg Achatz. Ted has just returned from a stage at the French Laundry (Thomas Keller) ready for another busy Newport Summer. Ted’s innovative cuisine is widely regarded as some of the finest in New England.
