Chef Zach Hunter began his culinary journey by attending the Arizona Culinary Institute. After culinary school, Hunter spent time under the direction of Chef Andoni Aduriz at Michelin starred restaurant Mugaritz, in San Sebastian, Spain. He then moved on to help open and operate Atera in New York City, which also received two Michelin stars soon after opening. Chef Hunter then spent time in Austin, Texas collaborating with restaurants like Uchi and Qui, before taking the helm at progressive southern restaurant Fixe, and restaurant and brewery The Brewer’s Table. Hunter’s penchant for collaboration and innovation then led him back to Phoenix to join the team at Fox Restaurant Concepts working on creative development.
