Taste of the Nation provides exclusive access to DC’s top culinary talent, while making a direct impact in your community. For one afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to sample delicious bites, savor craft cocktails, and enjoy family-friendly games and activities that help to raise funds for Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign.

  • Eat – Taste your way across DC’s hottest restaurants with bites served up by the chefs you’ve always wanted to meet!
  • Drink – From non-alcoholic beverages to specialty cocktails, raise a glass in support of No Kid Hungry. Savor curated sips by celebrated local mixologists, winemakers, brewers and more.
  • Enjoy – In addition to delicious bites and beverages, enjoy chef demos, music, raffles, games and more.

Ticket Levels

Child Admission (ages 0-10) | Free

  • Preview hour admission from 12 PM to 4 PM or general admission 1PM to 4PM with accompanying adult
  • Go on a scavenger hunt to earn a prize!

Youth Admission (ages 11-16) | $50

  • Preview hour admission from 12PM to 4PM or general admission from 1PM to 4PM with accompanying adult
  • First 20 tickets sold will receive a No Kid Hungry swag bag
  • Go on a scavenger hunt to earn a prize!

General Admission | $130

  • Savor unlimited tastes, sips, and fun!
  • General admission from 1PM to 4PM
  • Enjoy live entertainment
  • Play interactive games and prize opportunities
  • Watch live cooking demonstrations

Admission + Preview Hour | $160

  • Savor unlimited tastes, sips, and fun!
  • Enter the event starting an hour early, at 12PM
  • Experience an exclusive welcome cocktail
