Each extraordinary course will be accompanied by commentary from our chefs and sommeliers. One in six children in America struggles with hunger, but together, we can make No Kid Hungry a reality.

An industry pioneer in the farm-to-table movement, the James Beard Award-winning restaurant is constantly redefining “New South” cuisine. Make room for one more, Executive Chef and Owner Matt Marcus will be seated at your table for the duration of the meal. Energetic and charismatic, this third-generation chef will guide you through the entire 7 course dining experience – plus a few extra surprises, discussing the inspiration behind every dish. You’ll kick the dinner off with their famous $350 French Fry and Champagne plate, a playful commentary on the juxtaposition of luxury and nostalgia. Each course will be perfectly paired with cocktails from Watershed’s beloved bartender, Alex Anderson, who will also pipe in with her stories and inspirations. Private Tamborrada Party for 10

The Tamborrada festival of San Sebastian, Spain arrives in Atlanta – on your schedule – as you host a private dinner for 10 at Eater’s 2015 “Restaurant of the Year”: Cooks & Soldiers. As the Tamborrada celebrates both culinary and military history, the citizens of San Sebastian dress up as either Cooks or Soldiers and parade through the streets every January for a 24-hour, city-wide celebration. Optional costumes will be provided to your party, and dinner will last through a delicious evening as you enjoy five family-style courses prepared by Executive Chef Matthew Ridgway accompanied by perfectly paired Basque beverages throughout, selected by General Manager and Sommelier Nicolas Quinones. Shake and Bake – Cocktails and Baking Class with Atlanta’s Best

With the highest bid, you and five friends will have the opportunity to be among the first join Sarah O’Brien, owner of The Little Tart Bakeshop, at her newest location in Summerhill  (opening this December) for a hands-on baking class accompanied by specialty cocktails crafted by her husband, Paul Calvert of Ticonderoga Club. This is the first time Sarah will be opening her kitchen to share some of her tricks of the trade. She was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award (it’s the Oscars of the food world and a really big deal)  in the Outstanding Baker category for the last three years straight – so we know you’ll walk away with some great tips. Your experience will include the highly sought after Saturday night “Pasta Dinner” at Club 21 on Saturday, October 13th featuring James Beard Award-winner Chef Mark Ladner, founder of fast casual spot Pasta Flyer and the mind behind Del Posto’s now infamous 100-layer lasagna cooking. In preparation for hosting your dinner party, Chef Taft invites you and a guest to “dine around” and check out his cuisine at Brine Seafood Shack at Avalon and Feed Fried Chicken + Such at The Battery, before you pop in to The Chicken and The Egg for a casual dinner for two – meeting with the chef to discuss your preferences for the party. All the fun of hosting, none of the prep work, cooking or dirty dishes – you’re only in charge of the guest list!
