Brian White grew up in Atlanta and graduated from Northside High School (when it was still called Northside). He attended Oxford College of Emory University before starting out in the hospitality industry. White has worked in the industry for over 20 years during which time he has worked at many of Atlanta’s restaurants and nightclubs spanning all positions from line cook to bartender to server to management. This includes seven years at the Capital City Country Club as a Banquet Manager, Restaurant manager, and Maitre‘d in the Formal Dining Room. Over this time he developed a tremendous passion for fine wines and reached a Level Two accreditation from the Court of the Master Sommelier, with hope to attain a Level Four (Master) certification in the next few years. In 2011 he started at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta as Hotel Sommelier and in 2013 was named Best Sommelier in Atlanta at Taste of Atlanta.
