Sarah O’Brien

Sarah O’Brien has owned and operated Little Tart Bakeshop in Atlanta since 2010, when she started selling her French-inspired pastries at the city’s farmers markets. Little Tart now has two locations: the original storefront in Grant Park and a market stall at the Krog Street Market; a third Little Tart location in Summerhill is forthcoming, where O’Brien and her team will also open a soft-serve ice cream shop. O’Brien started baking with her grandmother at age 10, and later followed her desire to learn more about pastry (and French) to Paris. She and the team at Little Tart were recently honored with their third nomination as a James Beard semi-finalist for Outstanding Baker.
